Airin Healing Through the Breath
Airin, an Irish name meaning “from the island to the west” also brings the image of breathing- “air -in”. Airin is a healer who brings the gesture of swooping, soaring lightness of breath and air, like a fresh breeze that uplifts your whole being. He flows in gently, billowing softly out to enfold you in peace with dove-like wings. These are the wings of the heart that the Star Friends have evolved and that we too can develop as our own hearts grow and transform in the presence of pure love. With Airin’s presence the breath flows more freely, bringing in more air, and expanding into the awareness of the cosmic love and light that is always around you that also enters with each breath. On the outbreath, tension and stress are released, pulsing out rhythmically until your body and mind are completely relaxed in a deep unity. At this point, each exhalation begins to send one’s own love and light back out to the world. This breathing is a healing process that cleanses the soul and the aura, lifting one into lightness and purity while leaving behind heaviness of all kinds. Spiritual perception can unfold now unimpeded, as your heart is free to expand into and sense the subtle realms around you. Joy arises naturally with this expanding perception and light and love flow out from your heart to touch and mingle with the world around you. New ease and grace emerge, a deep peace in your Being as you begin to feel the flow of the All, the fount of pure love that is ever arising from Source. You become a healing presence of peace to others and to the world. As you step into this river of love and unity, the cares and concerns of your life soften, lighten, naturally moving into acceptance and integration.
